These four plans, which will be introduced on August 15, will create a total of 1,500 plots. In the housing developments, around 1,500 plots will be distributed via lottery and auction. JDA New Scheme 2023
JDA plans to introduce four new housing initiatives by August 15. Basic infrastructure will be built as part of these programs. For residents in the LIG and MIG categories, a total of 359 residential plots are available. There are 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer, and 194 Plots in Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road. The lottery procedure will be used to approve these parcels. The online registration period for these plots opened Friday. Before the deadline, candidates may apply online at jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in.

- If you want to apply for LIG-B, your family’s annual income must be between Rs. 300000 and Rs. 600000
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old
- The applicant’s family’s annual income must fall between Rs. 600000 and Rs. 1000000 to qualify for the MIG category
- The applicant must reside in the state of Rajasthan
- There must be no residence owned by the applicant, his/her spouse, husband, or dependents in any part of the state

- In the last ten years, JDA cannot have approved a plot or house in the applicant’s name

- A new page will open on the screen with “Flats for Economically Weaker Income Group (EWS) “on selected plots in Anand Vihar / Surya Nagar / Kheda Jagannathpura residential schemes of Javipra
- Now, click on the Proceed button and then click on the Apply for registration option

- Now, enter your name and mobile number and click on the Send OTP button
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
