Readers, 3rd edition of Khelo India Youth Games will hold in the coming year 2020. Khelo India Scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. The main aim behind the Khelo India Scheme is to promote the culture of sports. Games will be held from 9th January 2020 to 22nd January 2020 at LINPE, Sonapur, Guwahati, Assam. Khelo India Youth Games Time Table
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports is going to conduct Khelo India Youth Games to promote the culture of sports. Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG) will be held from 9th January 2020 to 22nd January 2020 at LINPE, Sonapur, Guwahati, Assam. The government will hold the games for the school students and graduates who are interested in sports. This year 11000 participants are taking part in the event. The event will be held in 22 disciplines such as Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing etc. 37 States of the country and Union Territories are taking part in the event. First 1000 best performers will get a scholarship of Rs.500000 per annum for 8 years to prepare for an international sporting event.

Eligibility of the Khelo India
- Contenders age under 17 years are eligible to compete for the under-17 category
- Contenders age under 21 years are eligible to compete for the under-21 category
- Applicant must be an India Citizen and interested in participation.
