PM Purvodaya project has launched by the Prime Minister of India on date 24th December 2018. Three states got the gift of Worth Rs 14523 crore. Under the PM Purvodaya project Shri Narendra Modi has Laid Foundation stones of Indian oil’s Paradip Hyderabad Pipeline Product Project (PHPL) and GAIL’s Bokaro Angul Pipeline project. PHPL pipeline will be 1212 Km long and Bokaro-Angul pipeline will be 667 Km long. The government will bear the expenditure of total Rs 3437 in laying the Petroleum pipeline.

PM Launched Rs 14523 Crore Purvodaya Project
Today on dated 24th December 2018 in Odisha state the prime minister has flagged off the Rs 14523 crore Purvodaya project. Purvodaya will take Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana states step forward inthe way of development. In the Purvodaya project Prime minister has launched total 12 projects of INR 14523. The detail of total 12 projects such as project name and cost of project are given in below section.
Objective of PM Purvodaya Project
The main objective of launching Rs 14523 Crore Gas Pipeline Project in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana states is to provide safe and sufficient quantity of petroleum products at economy costs. After the completion of the projects the transport charges on carrying petroleum from one place to another will become zero. The government wants to engage India with the developed countries as soon as possible and the government is launching various plans from time to time to fulfill this dream.

Key Features of PM Purvodaya Project
- The PM Purvodaya project will cover three states Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.
- The gas pipeline will contain the distances in Odisha (329 Km), Andhra Pradesh (723 Km) and Telangana (160 Km).
- Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline Project will cover 367 Kmdistance across 5 districts in Odisha and 360 Km across 6 districts in Jharkhand.
- Under the PM Purvodaya project total 12 projects are launched.
