Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana has been introduced under the Second State Budget on 9th February 2019. Now finally on 22 July 2019 under Cabinet Meeting of Minister Mr. Jai Ram Thakur has started the Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana. The Scheme will be implemented in phase wise manner. In the First of Implementation HP Sahara Yojana has started from Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital in Shimla. According the Health minister Vipin Parmar about 6,000 patients would be covered In New Health Scheme and Rs 14.40 would be spend in the implementation.

HP Sahara New Health Scheme
Under the Scheme the Economic Weaker Section Citizens will be covered. The citizens who are Suffering from Various Dangerous diseases like Parkinson’s, malignant cancer, paralysis, muscular dystrophy, hemophilia, thalassemia and chronic renal failure or any other disease, which make person permanently handicapped will be covered. Under the Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana state Government will give Rs 2000 on monthly basis and free health facilities to the beneficiary patient.
Benefits of Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana
The Himachal Pradesh State Government will provide two types of Benefits under the Scheme. The First one is Rs 2000 will be given on Monthly Basis. Second one is Free Health treatment Facility will be provided. After Ayushman Bharat Yojana and Himcare Scheme this is third heatlh Scheme will start in State.

हिमाचल प्रदेश सहारा योजना
आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के गम्भीर बिमारियों से ग्रसित मरीजो को मासिक रूप से रूपये 2000 की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेगी। हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री सहारा योजना के अन्तर्गत पार्किंसंस घातक कैंसर पक्षाघात मांसपेशियों की डिस्ट्रोफी हीमोफिलिया और थैलेसीमिया जैसी जानलेवा गम्भीर बीमारियों को सूचीबद्ध किया गया है और इसके अलावा अन्य बीमारियाँ जैसे की क्रोनिक रीनल फैलयर या ऐसी बीमारी जो व्यक्ति को स्थायी रूप से अक्षम या अपंग कर देती है उसको भी इस एचपी सहारा योजना के अन्तर्गत सम्मिलत किया गया है।
Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana का उद्देश्य
योजना का उद्देश्य आर्थिक रूप से गरीब व कमजोर वर्गों के व्यक्तियों को मासिक रूप से रुपए 2000 की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर उनको उनकी बीमारियों का इलाज करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है| बीमारी की हालत में सरकार द्वारा प्राप्त इस आर्थिक सहायता की मदद से वह अपना इलाज करने में सक्षम हो पाएंगे तथा जल्द से जल्द इन गंभीर बीमारियों से छुटकारा पा सकेंगे| साथ ही सरकार राज्य के अंदर विभिन्न प्रकार के जागरूकता कार्यक्रम भी हिमाचल प्रदेश सहारा योजना के अंतर्गत चलाएगी ताकि अधिक से अधिक लाभार्थियों को योजना का लाभ उठाया जा सके|

हिमाचल प्रदेश सहारा योजना में आवेदन कैसे करें ?
किस योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों को सम्मिलित करने का कार्य मान्यता प्राप्त सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता (ASHA Workers) के द्वारा किया जाएगा| यह आशा कार्यकर्ता लाभार्थियों की पहचान करने में मदद करेंगे तथा इन्हीं कार्यकर्ताओं के द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार के जागरूकता कार्यक्रम की सरकार द्वारा चलाए जाएंगे| ASHA कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्रत्येक लाभार्थी की पहचान कराने पर रुपए 200 प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान करेगी| योजना के अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार का ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकृत नहीं किया जाएगा बल्कि हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री सहारा योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों को ऑफलाइन माध्यम से मान्यता प्राप्त सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता द्वारा उनकी पहचान होने पर उन्हें योजना के लाभ प्रदान किए जाएंगे|
Himcare Scheme
Himachal Pradesh Himcare Scheme has been announced by Governor of the state. Himcare Scheme is started for those citizens who do not come under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Himcare Scheme will provide the benefit of Rs 5 Lakh annual Health insurance. Under Himachal Health Care Scheme 202 hospitals of the state are registered and out of these 48 are private hospitals.
