Under the ALS-IAS Scholarship Scheme Government of the state will Provide 100 Percent Scholarships to the top 500 Civil Services Aspirants and another 300 aspirants will get 75% to 40 % financial amount under the scheme. The Total Cost of Manipur CM Free Coaching Scholarship Scheme 21-22 for Civil Service Aspirants is Rs. 1 crore & the expenditure of each student coaching will be approximate Rs 70800.21

According to their performance in the Eligibility Test 450 selected Civil Services aspirants will receive coaching at authorised centres of Alternative Learning System ALS-IAS institutes in 7 district headquarters namely Imphal, Churachandpur, Ukhrul, Senapati, Tamenglong, Maram and Motbung of Manipur State. State government are planning to adopt modern satellite technology with the help of which the same class given by Delhi is telecast live at all the authorised centres of the state with facilities for 2 way communication.

- Top 150 civil service aspirants who will secure 1 to 150 Rank in Test merit list would be provided with 100% scholarship.
- Next 151 to 200 rank aspirants would get 75% financial support of the total coaching fee.
- Another aspirant who will secure 201 to 250 rank would get a 60% Financial allowance.
- Next 251 to 350 rank securing aspirants will get a 50% Scholarship amount.
