Scholarship Portal Odisha
Odisha government is going to launch a common portal to apply for the various scholarship schemes. The portal is developed by the Electronics and IT department, Government of Odisha. As per the information we get through our sources the portal will be maintained by the Odisha Computer Application Centre. The official launch of the portal will be done in the month of January 2020. The portal will process the application for the payment of the scholarship to the students. In the first phase, 20 scholarship schemes of approximate 7 departments will be processed through this portal.

On this portal, online aadhaar authentication will be done for each of the applicant/beneficiaries while registering themselves on this portal. Government orders all the departments to make sure each scholarship scheme is notified under the provision of Section 7 of the Aadhaar Act, 2016. The government also ordered all the departments to modify their internal process of scholarship distribution.

The portal is not yet launched, exact procedure step by step will be furnished by us when the portal will start. Some basic steps which you have to follow to register for the portal are as under:
- First of all, to register yourself you need to open the official web portal
- Then you have to search the new user registration link from the home page of the website
- Click on the link and then you need to enter the details as asked on the screen such as your personal details, address, contact details and many more
- Verify your details and upload the necessary documents such as your recent passport size photo, scanned signature, caste certificate etc
- Submit the registration form and must remember your login ID and Password.

- Then you have to search the existing user login link from home page of the website
- Click on it and a new page will appear on the screen of the computer or laptop
