Swasthya Sathi Scheme
Swasthya Sathi Smart Card Scheme was launched by Chief minister of West Bengal SMT. MAMATA BANERJEE on 30th December 2016 with the aim of providing better health coverage to the residents of West Bengal. This yojana will provide financial support of Up to Rs 1.5 Lakh through Insurance Mode and beyond 1.5 lakh to 5 lakh through assurance mode to the residents of West Bengal. Swasthya Sathi Samiti is the monitoring body of this scheme. This Scheme is launched with the motive of providing world class medical facilities to the large section of the natives of West Bengal.
