- Download the application form and take a print out of it
- Fill the details in the application form and paste passport size photo in the given place
- Submit the application form along with the required documents.

- To apply for the ration card through offline mode, applicants need to go to the official website of Department of Food & Logistics
- From home page go to the “search BPL / Antyodaya Cards” option given in menu bar and click “search for BPL / Antyodaya Cards made under TPDS” from the drop-down list
- Enter the details such as district, area, Development Block / Town, Gram Panchayat / Body, card type, name of the leader, Headman’s father’s name and ration card number
- Enter the captcha code and click the search option.
