- Browse the official website of the Basic Education Department, Government Of Uttar Pradesh
- From the home page of the website you have to click “Online Application/ Student Login”
- From the opened page click “New Student Registration” option
- Enter the details as asked in the registration form such as district, town, name of the applicant, mobile number, gender, date of birth and captcha code
- Click the “register” option given next to the captcha code
- Note the registration number and click “complete the form” option
- Now enter father name, mother name, alternate mobile number, ID (with address) No, current address and ward
- Upload all the documents as listed above
- Click “click here to upload all images” option
- Select the school and click save option
- View all the details you entered in the form
- If you need to change any detail then click edit option and make the changes
- If you need not change any detail then click “lock and final print” option
- Click the “final print” option to take a print out of the form.
