बिहार सरकार द्धारा राज्य में, भ्रष्टाचार की समाप्ति व राज्य के सभी नागरिको तक सभी सरकारी योजनाओँ का लाभ सीधे तौर पर पहुंचाने के लिए आधिकारीक तौर पर बिहार RTPS PORTAL को लांच कर दिया गया है जिसके तहत राज्य के सभी नागरिक अपने जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र व निवास प्रमाण पत्र के साथ ही साथ सरकार द्धारा जारी 6 विभागों की सेवाओं का सीधा लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते है और अपना सामाजिक व आर्थिक विकास सुनिश्चित कर सकते है।
RTPS पोर्टल पर किन सेवाओं के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है?
बिहार सरकार द्धारा Rtps पोर्टल के माध्यम से कुल 6 सरकारी सेवाओं के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है जो कि, इस प्रकार से हैं-
- सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग की सेवायें,

Procedure to Apply For Income/ Caste/ domicile certificate at RTPS
To apply for the income/ caste/ domicile certificate through RTPS portal here are the steps you have to follow:
- Open the official web portal first of all in a computer/ laptop with working internet connection
- Home page of the website will appear on the desktop screen
- Here you have to click the link “Apply online” given in the left-hand side
- Read the information appears on the screen and click “मैं सहमत हूँ (I Agree)”
- A new page appears on the screen where you have to choose “Block(प्रखंड)” or “Bihar Bhawan 5, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021 बिहार भवन ५, कौटिल्या मार्ग, चाणक्यपुरी, न्यू दिल्ली -११००२१”
- Enter your Aadhar card no, name in both English and Hindi language
- Choose the certificate you wish to apply for and enter a mobile number
- Click the “Next” option and tick the checkbox
- You will receive the verification code on the mobile number you mentioned
- Enter the code and click “verify code”
- The application form will appear as per the certificate you choose
- Enter the details as asked in the form
- Upload the documents (if required passport size photo or signature or Aadhar card copy)
- Click the “Next” option and review the information you entered
- Tick the checkbox and click “submit” option to finally submit the form if no addition is required.
- Take print out of the form for further use

- To download web copy firstly go to the official website
- From the home page of the website click “certificate webcopy” option
- Enter the “Application ID”
- Click the “show” option
- Certificate web copy appears on the screen
- Click “download” link and save the copy

Now you can easily check the application status without having internet connection. you just have to dial RTPS and send to 56060 from your mobile number. The application status of your certificate will show on your mobile screen.
Procedure to verify digitally certificate
- To verify digitally certificate firstly go to the official website
- From the home page of the website click “Verify Digitally certificates” option
- Enter the “Application ID” and “certificate no.”
- Click “show now” option
- Information will appear on the screen
Procedure to download digitally certificate
- To download digitally certificate go to the official website
- From the home page of the website click “Download Digitally certificates” option
- Enter the “Application ID” and “Application date”
- Click “download now” option
- The certificate will appear on the screen
- Click download and save it
Procedure to verify Tatkal Certificate
- To verify tatkal certificate go to the official website
- From the home page of the website click “verify tatkal certificate” option
- Enter the “Application ID”
- Click the “status” option
- The certificate will appear on the screen

How to Print Receipt
- To Print Receipt go to the official website
- From the home page of the website click on the Print Your Receipt option.
- Enter the Applicaiont ID in the newly opened application form.
- After this, click on the Sybmit option.
- Your Receipt will be on your screen which you can print easily.
Download Mobile App
- To download the Mobile App, open the play store of your mobile.
- Search the RTPS Bihar in the search box.
- A list of applications will appear n the screen.
- Click on the first application.
- Install the application.
