Procedure to Find Online Land Record
- Applicants who desire to find Land record online have to go to the official website.
- From home page of the website you need to go to select the region section and select your District, Tehsil, Village and Year
- Click on set region option available next to the options and a new page will open on the screen
- Now you need to select the type of Nakal you would like to see “Jamabandi” or “Mutation”or “Raznamcha”or “Mutation after registry” or “integrated Property”
Download online Jamabandi-Punjab Land Record
- If you select Jamabandi then a new web page will appear on the screen
- You need to select “owner name wise” or “khewat no. wise” or “Khasra no. wise” or “khatouni no. wise”
- Now a new page will appear on the screen where you need to enter “owner name” or “khewat no.” or “Khasra no.” or “khatouni no.” as per your choice of option
- Click “View Report” option and details will appear on the screen of the computer
Mutation
- If you select Mutation then a new web page will appear on the screen
- You need to select the “Mutation Number wise” or “Mutation date wise” option
- Then you need to enter the Mutation number or mutation date as per your choice of option
- Click “View Report” option and details will appear on the screen of the computer.
Raznamcha
- If you select Raznamcha then a new web page will appear on the screen
- You need to select “Rapat No. wise” or “Waqiati No wise” option
- Select option as per your choice and enter “year” then “repta number” or “type of rapta” as asked on the screen of the computer
- Click “View report” option and details will appear on the screen of the computer.
Search Mutation After Registry
- If you select Mutation after registry then a new web page will appear on the screen
- You need to select“Vaseeka Number” or “Transaction Number” or “Mutation Request Number” option
- Select option as per your choice and enter Vaseeka Number or Transaction Number or Mutation Request Number
- Click “View Report” option and details will appear on the screen of the computer
Integrated Property
- If you select Integrated Property then a new web page will appear on the screen
- Enter the asked details and click search option available next to the blanks
