About MHADA Pune Lottery
MHADA Pune lottery scheme 2023 will give 5,990 house units of which 2,998 house units will be given under the ‘First Come First Serve scheme’ & the remaining under ‘Pune Housing 23’. The 3,000 flats are available on a first come first serve basis in Pune, Sangli, Pimpri, Solapur & across different locations. The registration of this scheme has opened from January 05, 2023. The applicants can apply till February 04, 2023. Remember, this scheme is based on the concept of ‘First come first serve’ so without thinking much about it you must apply. The lottery draw is scheduled to take place on February 17, 2023. The MHADA authority has designed this scheme for economically weaker section (EWS), Low income groups, Middle income groups, & high income groups.

- The candidates who is applying for Lower income group flat must have a earning of Rs.25,001 to Rs.50,000 monthly.
- The candidates who is applying for Middle income group flat must have a earning of Rs.50,001 to Rs.75,000 monthly.
