Maharashtra Startup Week is organized by the state government to promote the entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises. At this time government is inviting Maharashtra Startup Week 2020 online applications till dated 5th Jan 2019. Maharashtra State innovation society every year organizes the Startup Week. The objective of the event is to encourage and engage the entrepreneurs with the Government of Maharashtra. This Startup Week provides the opportunity to the entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises to showcase their innovative solutions to the Government of Maharashtra.

Innovation Startup Week 2020
Under the Maharashtra Startup Week government of the state invites the entrepreneurs to show off their talents in particular prescribed fields by the government. Under the Maharashtra Startup Week government will select 24 entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprise. These are selected 24 startup will receive Government work orders of up to Rs.15 lakhs each. The selected 24 startups will also get the multiple opportunities such as access to exhibition space and networking with VCs/ ecosystem partners, access to specific ecosystem events, free credits from our partners, international linkages and any other benefits as decided by MSInS. The themes of the Maharashtra Startup Week is education, skilling, healthcare, agriculture, clean energy, environment, water & waste water management, smart infrastructure & mobility, governance, financial inclusion and cyber security.

Eligibility for Startup Week
- A private limited company as defined in the Companies Act, 2013.
- Registered as a partnership firm under Section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932
- A limited liability partnership under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 in India
- Have been incorporated/registered within the last seven years
- Not have exceeded a turnover of Rs.25 Cr in any of the financial years since its incorporation/registration

Selection Process Of Maharashtra Startup Week
The finalist will be selected on the basis of following parameters which are given below

After the successfully short listing these 100 finalists then they would get 10 minutes to present their pitch and another 10 minutes for any Q&A. The results will be declared on the last day of the Startup Week.
