Key Features of CIDCO Housing Lottery 2023
There are following features of CIDCO-
- Carpet area for Economic weaker section (EWS) houses is 25.81 Square meter.
- Carpet area for Lower-income Group (LIG) houses is 29.82 square meter.
- The cost of Flat will be between 2.5 Lakh to 2.8 Lakh according to the location of the flats.
- The EMD amount for EWS (Economically weaker section) is Rs 5000/-
- The EMD amount for LIG (Lower-income Group) is Rs 25000/-
- The payment will be accepted through online mode of NEFT/RTGS in Favor of CIDCO Housing
Eligibility for CIDCO Flat Lottery 2023
- You should be the native of the state.
- Under the EWS category, your family income should not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh annually.
- Under the LIG category, your family income should not exceed INR 2.67 Lakh annually.
- Income certificate

Post Winning Procedure
- An intimation letter will be received by the winner by the concerned authority regarding the documents.
- The winner has to submit the required documents as asked by the authority.
- A provisional offer letter will then be offered by the CIDCO.
- Now the winner is required to pay the partial amount of the flat within the given time
- After that, the winner will get the allotment letter.
- Now the winner has to pay the stamp duty and registration charges and submit a copy of the registration certificate to the CIDCO office.
- After completing all this procedure, a possession letter will then be given to the winner.
