MP Rent and Own Housing Scheme
“MP Rent and Own Housing Scheme” is going too released by the chief minister Mr Kamal Nath, Government of Madhya Pradesh for people of the state who want to buy their own house. In this scheme, the beneficiary will allow the house. The beneficiary will have to pay monthly instalments as rent- of the house. Once all the amount of the house has been paid, ownership will transfer to the beneficiary. Urban Administration Department and Rural Development Department both are planning to launch this scheme soon. This rent to own house scheme is a part of National Urban Rental Housing Policy.

Procedure to Apply For Rent and Own Housing Scheme

- Now you need to search MP Rent and Own Housing Scheme registration link
- Click on it and read the instructions, click continue option

- Submit the application form by click submit option

As per the officials, the scheme will announce soon. Officials say that the CM has ordered to study Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra model of housing and to replicate appropriate clauses. CM also ordered to focus on PM Modi Awas Yojana too. CM Mr Kamal Nath said that appropriate importance should be given to the CM Awas Mission and PM Awas Yojana in providing residences to the people.
