MP Indira Grah Jyoti Yojana has announced by the Chief Minister Mr. Kamal Nath on dated 7th February 2019. Under the Indira Grah Jyoti Yojana Electricity scheme government will provide 100 Units Power to each households of the state at Rs 100. The total expenditure of the MP Indira Grah Jyoti scheme will be Rs 2,226 crore. The objective of the scheme is to reduce the burden of electricity bill from those households who are unable to pay it.

Madhya Pradesh Government again announces a new scheme for General Electricity Consumers of the state. As per the sources Madhya Pradesh Government are going to provide 100 Units Electricity to every General Electricity Consumers Household at Rs 100 only. The Government will spend around Rs 2,226 crore to implement the scheme at state level. The MP Indira Grah Jyoti Yojana will include around 62 lakh beneficiaries.
