Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana has been launched by the Madhya Pradesh State government on date 12 January 2019. In the first phase of implementing the Jai Kisan Rin Mafi Yojana government of State has released the White/Green List (सफेद हरी सूची) for the beneficiary farmer. The Bank Branch is the responsible department to release this Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana White/Green List. In White Beneficiary list bank mentioned those farmers name whose Crop loans is not linked with Aadhar card and under the Green Beneficiary list bank mentioned those farmers name whose Crop loans is linked with Aadhar card.

मध्य प्रदेश जय किसान ऋण माफी योजना आवेदन फार्म
राज्य की सरकार द्वारा राज्य के किसानो को अल्पकालिक ऋण माफ करने के लिये दिनांक 12.01.2019 को मध्य प्रदेश जय किसान ऋण माफी योजना आवेदन फार्म भरवाने आरंभ कर दिये गये है। इस योजना के लाभीर्थियों को सर्वप्रथम अपने नाम को बैंक द्वारा प्रदत्त सफेद व हरी सूची में देखना होगा। यदि किसान का नाम हरी सूची मे प्रदर्शित हैं तो किसान द्वारा हरा आवेदन पत्र भरा जायेगा और यदि किसान का नाम सफेद सूची मे है तो किसान द्वारा सफेद ओवदन पत्र भरा जायेगा। आप किसान ऋण माफी योजना की सफेद व हरी सूची अपने निकटम क्षेत्रीय ग्राम पंचायत से प्राप्त कर सकते है।
किसान ऋण माफी योजना Update
In the latest update of the Yojana, the agriculture minister of Madhya Pradesh state has organized formal meetings in various Tehsil of the district and have distributed the certificates to the farmer of the state. Around, a loan of Rs 50,000 of the farmers of the state it will be benefited through this scheme in the first phase of the implementation of this scheme. 11,000 farmers of the state will be provided the benefits of this scheme in the first phase of the Yojana. Now the second phase of the scheme is going on and loan of 3,749 farmers of the state will be released in this phase.

Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana White & Green List (सफेद हरी सूची )
The Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana White list provide the information of those beneficiaries whose Aadhar Card did not link with their crop loans so they have to submit the White application form. The Green Beneficiary list provides the information of those beneficiaries whose Aadhar Card is link with their crop loans so they have to submit the Green application form. How To Apply For Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana
For implementing the Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana in Madhya Pradesh State the Government has launched three type of application forms which are Green, White & Pink application form.
जय किसान कर्ज माफी योजना को राज्य में लागू करने के लिये सरकार द्वारा तीन प्रकार के हरी,सफेद और गुलाबी आवेदन पत्र जारी किये है। इन तीन आवेदन पत्रो को लागू करने का उददेश्य भिन्न है।

जय किसान ऋण माफी योजना का हरा आवेदन पत्र उन किसानो द्वारा भरा जायेगा जिनका आधार कार्ड फसन ऋण के साथ जुड़ा है। आप नीचे दिये गये भाग से आसानी से हरा आवेदन पत्र को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। आवेदन पत्र को डाउनलोड करने के पश्चात उसको सही प्रकार से भरकर अपने सम्बन्धित बैंक मे अन्तिम तिथि से पहले जमा कर दें।
