Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana was launched by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand Mr.Raghubar Das. In this Scheme, Jharkhand’s state Farmers will get Rs 5000 Per Acre for their Kharif crops. The scheme has announced on dated 21st December 2018. The objective of the scheme is to double the farmer’s income in the upcoming 4 years. The expenditure of Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana is Rs 2250 Crore. Total lakh & 76 thousand farmers will be covered under the Jharkhand Krishi Ashirwad Yojana. Under the Jharkhand Farmers Krishi Ashirwad Scheme government also provide the crop loans at zero percent interest rate.

Jharkhand Krishi Ashirwad Yojana Started
Today on 10th August 2019 State Government has official started Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana and also launched Official website@ https://mmkay.jharkhand.gov.in. The Purpose of launching Official Portal is to Serve better Transparency among beneficiary and State Government.
Purpose of Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana
Mukhyamantri Krishi Aashirwad Yojana is an ambitious scheme of the Jharkhand state government. The purpose of the Scheme is to improve the financial situation of farmers and provides them investment support For the Kharif season. These are efforts for doubling Farmers Income by the Year 2022. under the MMKAY scheme Marginal and small farmers will get Rs 5000 per acre per year (maximum up to 5 Acres) through DBT in their bank account. This Financial fund will be given for the following purpose-
- Purchase of Seed
- Purchase of Fertilizers
- Labour and land preparation
- Hiring of Farm Equipment
- Any other Agriculture related work
Jharkhand Krishi Ashirwad Yojana
The Jharkhand State government came with Krishi Ashirwad Yojana for doubling farmer’s income in the upcoming 4 years (2022). Under the Scheme, a number of benefits will be provided by the Government of state. Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana will be included in the 2019-2020 financial year budgets.The government will provide the benefits of the scheme to the beneficiary from upcoming Kharif seasons and the financial assistance will be transferred in the beneficiaries’account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode.
प्रतिवर्ष प्रति एकड़ किसानों को मिलेंगे 5,000 रूपये
‘माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री रघुवर दास द्वारा बताया गया कि माह सितंबर 2019 से 35 लाख लाभार्थियों को मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना के अंतर्गत लाभ मिलना आरंभ हो जाएगा तथा योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के किसानों को हर वर्ष खरीफ की फसल के लिए 5000 रुपए प्रति एकड़ राशि देगी। वहीं, जिनकी जमीन एक एकड़ से कम हैं, उन्हें भी न्यूनतम 5 हजार रुपए की राशि प्रतिवर्ष दी जाएगी। यह राशि उन्हें सीधे चेक के माध्यम से दी जाएगी। इस योजना पर राज्य सरकार लगभग 2250 करोड़ रुपये की राशि खर्च करेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना कार्यप्रणाली
दिनांक 11 जून 2019 कि मंत्रिमंडल बैठक में झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री रघुभर दास द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना के सफल कार्यान्वयन के लिए अहम फैसले लिए गए| झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों के योग्यता के निर्धारण के लिए कट ऑफ डेट 30 मई 2019 होगा अर्थात इस दिनांक तक जितने किसान योजना के अंतर्गत पात्र होंगे उन्हें अगले 5 वर्ष तक योजना के लाभ प्रदान किए जाएंगे। अगले 5 वर्षों के लिए यही कट ऑफ मान्य होगा। इस योजना के अंतर्गत लाभुकों को मिलने वाली राशि दो या दो से अधिक किस्तों में दी जाएगी। इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्राप्त सूची की अपने स्तर से जांच करते हुए संबंधित उपायुक्त डीबीटी के माध्यम से लाभुकों के खाते में राशि अंतरित करेंगे। जिन कृषकों द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि (पीएम किसान) योजना के लिए निर्धारित Exclusion प्रपत्र (प्रपत्र-E) में दिया गया स्वघोषणा प्रमाण-पत्र इस योजना के लिए भी मान्य होगा। उनके लिए प्रपत्र-D अनिवार्य नहीं होगा।

Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Ashirwad Yojana
Under the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Ashirwad Scheme, the small and marginal farmers of the state who have maximum up to 5-acre agricultural land will get the Rs 5000 per acre as financial support for the cultivation purposes. If a farmer has agricultural land less than 1 acre, then he will also be eligible for the minimum support amount of Rs 5000. The financial allowance will be given for cultivation purposes such as to purchase fertilizer, seeds, etc and to make farmers independent.

How To Apply For Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana
There is no Online Registration Process is available under the Scheme. State Government has identified beneficiaries on the basis of available Land Records/ land ownership system. The Scheme will be implemented in a phase-wise manner. In the First phase, State is targeting to cover around 22.76 lakh farmers during the financial year 2019-20 and area of about 45 lakh acres.
