- Home page of the website will appears from where you have to select “Form I & XIV” from menu bar
- Select taluka, village, survey number, subdivision number and captcha appears in the image on the screen
- Click view details and information will appear on the screen in PDF form.

- To check you have to visit the official website of the Directorate of Settlement & Land Records, Government of Goa
- Home page of the website will appear from where you have to select “Form D” from menu bar
- Select city, PT Sheet number, Chalta number and captcha appears in the image on the screen
- Click view details and information will appear on the screen in PDF form.
