Delhi Chief Minister Mr Arvind Kejriwal on 12th November 2019 has announced a new scheme for the benefits of the people living in Delhi, Delhi Mukhyamantri Septic Tank Safai Yojana. Under this scheme, the government of Delhi will hire the agencies by issuing a tender to provide the citizens a facility to let septic tanks cleaned for free. The tender for hiring the agencies is floated within a month as per the news we get. These agencies would assist by the officials of Delhi Jal Board and other government agencies concerned for technologically-assisted cleaning of septic tanks. The government will issue a Helpline number on which the citizens can call to avail the service.
