The government of Chhattisgarh state has taken initiative to provide help to the citizens of the state who belongs to below poverty line for their medical treatment. Recently the state cabinet has cleared the proposal to extend the financial assistance limit. Under Sanjeevani Sahayata Kosh and renamed as Mukhyamantri Vishesh Swasthya Sahayata Yojana. the financial assistance will provide up to Rs.20 Lakh for patients with a rare disease. Under the directorate of health services through a trust-based model, the scheme will run by the state nodal agency. To avail, the benefits of the scheme chief minister approval are required

  • Appellants must have covered as a beneficiary under the Ayushman Bharat scheme

  • BPL Card holders will get Health and medical facility up to Rs.5 Lakh per annum
