RBI Ombudsman Scheme for Digital Transaction has announced on Wednesday 5th December 2018 under in banking regulatory bi-monthly policy. The objective of implementing RBI Ombudsman Scheme is to solve the entire Grievances related to the Digital transactions. The guidelines and details of the Ombudsman Digital Payment Scheme would be notified till the end of January 2019. This RBI Scheme will encourage the peoples for digital transactions and serve the more confidence about the safety of the digital payment through online mode.

Reserve Bank of India has announced Ombudsman Scheme for solving the problems and grievances related to the fraudulent transactions. Ombudsman Digital Payment Scheme they will provide the confidence to the citizens of India and also promote the Digital Transaction method. After successful implementation of the scheme responsible department will address these issues and find out the all possible solutions & will provide the major protection methods to the consumers.

About RBI Ombudsman Digital Payment Scheme
The Reserve bank of India will release the complete detail and guidelines at the end of the month January 2019. Under the scheme the committee will provide all grievance solution related to the digital transaction, serve the protection tool, minimize the chance of fraudulent transactions and improve the safety guards of Digital Transaction. Reserve bank of India will release the complete detail and Guidelines in the next year January month.
