What is National Register of Citizen (NRC) ?
According to the Citizenship Act, 1955 provides for compulsorily registration of every citizen of India and issuance of National Identity Card to him/her. NRC is the Process by the help which Government finds out the number of legal citizen and illegal immigrant.
