Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Generation Act wage rate is going to increase by 8 to 10% for the coming financial year 2020-2021. Ministry Of Rural Development, Government of India has recently announced this increment in the coming budget of the MGNREGA. A total of Rs. 10000 crore is going to increase by the government in the budget of MGNEREGA as compare to the current financial year.
