Noida Residential Plot Scheme
Development authority of greater Noida has started a new residential plot scheme. Under this scheme, the one who is interested in buying a plot in greater Noida can take part in the e-bidding procedure. The commencement date of the scheme is 15th November 2019 and will close on 5th December 2019. The plots are located in 31, 39, 44, 47, 49, 51, 52, 99, 100, 122 and 93B sector. The residential plot size under this scheme is from 100sq meters to 500sq meters. The range of these plots is expected to be 55000 per square meter to 100000 per square meter.

New Bidder Registration Procedure
- To register as a bidder for residential plots sold in greater Noida, you have to open the website first
- Click on register option given in right-hand side in the menu bar
- Enter the details asked in the form such as email id, company name, address, mobile number, website etc.
- After review, the details submit the form and remember your password for further login for bidding.

Procedure to Participate in e-Auction (e-bidding):
- To take part in e-auction you have to open the official website first.
- Now from home page click login option and enter your email ID along with Password, click Login option.
- Now go to the “Auction” option given in left-hand side and select “search auction” option
- Then enter the auction Id in the search box
- Click “click here to bid” option to take part in the auction
- Tick the checkbox after reading the information on the page and select agree on an option
- And start bidding from the auction start price
- Enter your amount in “Rate in Rs. In Figure column”. Press tab key in the keyboard and verify your entered amount. Click on bid option.
