We can apply offline only for EWS certificate because the online process has not been started to create an EWS certificate. To create economically weaker section 10% reservation certificate, than submit the certificate to your subdivision to District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Collector/ Additional Deputy Commissioner / Tehsildar / Sub-Divisional Officer/ in the area where the candidate lives and it can also be made from the departmental officer.

- On the Homepage, click on the Login Option.

- Fill up your Application number and select the Go option.

- Go to the official website of the AP Meeseva Portal.
- On the Homepage, click on the Forgot Password option.
- An application form will open up on the screen.
- Enter your USer ID and Captcha Code.
- Click on the Get Details option.
